  15. This Licence applies to the computer program known as "GSview."  
  16. The "Program", below, refers to such program, and a "work
  17. based on the Program" means either the Program or any derivative work of
  18. the Program, such as a translation or a modification.

  20. Lang (the "Licensor").

  155. THE PROGRAM PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY

  158. IN NO EVENT UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR AGREED TO IN WRITING WILL

  161. GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE

  170. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, 
  171. Australia, excluding choice of law rules.
